We provide a regulated and safe means of borrowing and saving.

Our Office Locations
Chester Head Office
We are open to the public to drop in at our Head Office in Chester Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (see opening times). Easy to find directly opposite the Chester Bus Exchange.
Our Head Office is closed to the public on a Wednesday but all normal services are accessible via telephone or email.
Ellesmere Port
Open every Thursday between 9:30 am - 2:00 pm we are located on the ground floor of Cheshire West and Chester Council offices (The Portal) in the town centre.
