The Role: Finance & Compliance Officer (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a detail-driven and motivated individual to join our small, dedicated team. This role is at the heart of our organisation, ensuring that we remain financially robust and compliant with regulatory requirements. You’ll play a key part in safeguarding the trust our members place in us, while supporting our mission to deliver fair and ethical financial services.
What You’ll Do

Manage and oversee day-to-day finance operations

Monitor and report on compliance with FCA and PRA regulations

Support governance processes and internal controls

Work closely with the management team and Board to ensure transparency and accountability

Contribute ideas to improve systems and strengthen our long-term sustainability
What We’re Looking For

A background in finance, accounting, or compliance (experience in financial services or not-for-profit sectors is a plus)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to interpret regulations and communicate them clearly

A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving

A passion for community values and ethical finance
